High Court to decide on Wednesday (Jan 16) whether Musa Aman can leave the country

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman (pic), who is facing 35 counts of graft, will know whether he will be able to leave the country for medical treatment this Wednesday (Jan 16).

The High Court's Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan fixed Jan 16 to deliver his decision following an appeal by the prosecution against a Sessions Court's decision that allowed Musa to have access to his international passport.
