ONE of the first tasks executed by Aminuddin Harun after he was sworn in as Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar last May was to review the Malaysian Vision Valley comprehensive development plan, spanning a 153,411ha area, to ensure that the initiative brought maximum benefits to its people.
Aminuddin’s team perused the plan – renamed as MVV 2.0 – which covered an area twice the size of Singapore. They decided that priority would be given to bringing in new hi-tech investments with the primary aim of creating more jobs for the people.
