Businessman, cop claim trial for separate bribery charges

KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to two counts of soliciting and receiving a RM25,000 bribe from a Bangladeshi over immigration offences two years ago. 

Mohamad Tahir Fazal Mohd, 57, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read out to him before Sessions Court judge Azman Ahmad here on Wednesday (Jan 9).
