PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic) is not convinced that the Pakatan Harapan government lacks the financial means to go ahead with the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project.

"Among the Pakatan Harapan propaganda which surprised me the most was that many believed that the ECRL project would cause the country to be pawned or forced to lease our land to China like Sri Lanka," said the former prime minister.
