JOHOR BARU: Many residents in Taman Desa Tebrau have been without water for more than 18 hours after experiencing water disruption since New Year's Day (Jan 1).
A local resident known only as Tan said that the timing of the water disruption was unfortunate as it was the first day of the new year.
