Four detained over fish bombing in Kudat

Under arrest: Canadian police have arrested two men and are seeking two others for exporting controlled goods and technologies intended for space satellite use to China in violation of export and defense laws.

KUDAT: Four men were arrested in connection with illegal fish bombing activities off the coast of Straggler Island here earlier this week.

The Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) in a statement said the men, aged between 30 and 50, were arrested under an operation codenamed Op Gelora Khas at about 12.10pm Wednesday (Dec 26).
