BESUT: The MyOnline Passport application introduced by the Immigration Department last year for passport renewal has received lukewarm response, says Immigration director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali.
He said until this month, there were only about 10,000 applications received through the online system out of the 2.5 million applications received by the department a year.
