KUALA LUMPUR: Former top executives at Felda Global Ventures (FGV) Holdings Bhd have been ordered to file their defence by Jan 31, in the lawsuit by the company which is seeking RM514mil in damages over the acquisition of Asian Plantation Ltd (APL).
Lawyer Lavinia Kumaraendran, who is representing former FGV chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad, said the case was also fixed for another case management on Feb 12, before High Court judge Justice Azimah Omar.
