KUALA LUMPUR: A former manager at U-Mobile was sentenced to five years in jail by a Sessions Court here after she pleaded guilty to embezzling almost RM1.3mil of the telco company’s daily cash collection.
Asmira Ariffin, 42, admitted to committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) in her capacity as the then money collection department manager.
