Court upholds RM10mil fine on MAS and AirAsia

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has upheld the decision by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) which slapped a RM10mil fine on AirAsia Bhd and Malaysia Airlines (MAS) each for violating anti-competition practices.

High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Nordin Hassan made the decision here yesterday after allowing a judicial review filed by MyCC.
