KUALA LUMPUR: A former manager at U-Mobile was sentenced to five years' jail by a Sessions Court here after she pleaded guilty to embezzling almost RM1.3mil of the telco company's daily collection.
Asmira Ariffin, 42, admitted to committing criminal breach of trust over RM720,005.40 that was entrusted to her in her capacity as the money collection department manager.
