KUALA LUMPUR: An application for bail by former Goldman Sachs banker Ng Chong Hwa who is facing three charges abroad relating to 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) has been denied by a High Court here.
Ng, or better known as Roger Ng, made the request pending the government’s application to extradite him to the United States.
