PETALING JAYA: The decision by Barisan Nasional not to appeal the Election Court’s decision to nullify its victory in the Cameron Highlands parliamentary seat will pave the way for a by-election.
MIC vice-president Datuk C. Sivarraajh, who won the seat in the May 9 polls, said that he is abiding by the decision, although personally disagreeing with the court’s decision to nullify his victory.
