KOTA KINABALU: Sabah hopes that the federal government would not take too long to return the rights it deserves, including the 40% net revenue as stipulated under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).

Chief minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said although Sabah is aware of the national financial constraints faced, the state too has bills and loans to repay.
