Application to hear transfer of Najib, Mohd Irwan's CBT case to High Court set for Dec 7

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will hear an application to transfer the criminal breach of trust case from the Sessions Court involving former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah on Dec 7.

The date was fixed by deputy registrar Nurliana Ismail in chambers here on Friday (Nov 30).
