MCA to Finance Minister: Remove barriers for Malaysians to enter public universities

KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has challenged Lim Guan Eng to remove all barriers for all Malaysians to be enrolled into public universities, should the Finance Minister insist on not allocating funds for Tunku Abdul Rahman University College’s (TAR UC) operating expenditure.
