KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The approval for the rally pertaining to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) will be decided in a Cabinet meeting, says Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan.
He said thus far, he had yet to receive the application for permit from the organisers of the peaceful rally to be held at the Dataran Merdeka on Dec 8.
