KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court has fixed February next year to hear an application by PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim challenging the constitutionality of the National Security Council (NSC) Act 2016.
Anwar's lawyer J. Leela told reporters after meeting High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Nordin Hassan in chambers on Wednesday that Justice Nordin set Feb 27 to hear the matter.
