MAS cautions against fake ads using its name and logo

ON Tuesday, Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told reporters he's studying whether to sell, shut down or refinance Malaysia Airlines Bhd., the troubled national carrier.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has cautioned the public against fake advertisements using the airline's name.

In a post on its official Facebook page, MAS said that there had been numerous fake advertisements being spread by unscrupulous parties with the intention of fraud and theft.
