KOTA KINABALU: Former Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman will get to keep his Kimanis parliamentary seat after the Election Court here threw out a petition filed by Parti Warisan Sabah candidate in GE14 Datuk Karim Bujang.

Judge Supang Lian on Monday (Nov 19) struck out the petition as the petitioner had failed to comply with Election Petition Rules on several issues including failing to put both the advance polling date of May 5 and the polling date on the petition.
