KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah State Assembly passed its RM4.16bil state budget for 2019 on Nov 14, after three days of debate starting Nov 12.
Most of the assemblymen expressed support for the bill, although some, including opposition chief, Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, called the budget a failure and tabled an alternative budget on Monday (Nov 12).
