KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah state government is considering the setting up screening centres at all Immigration entry points to fight the spread of contagious diseases such as tuberculosis (TB) in the state.
Health and Wellbeing minister Datuk Stephen Wong said the suggestion by Karanaan assemblyman Datuk Masidi Manjun to set up screening at entry points was a good way to prevent the spread of contagious diseases from immigrants to locals.
