KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has ordered the Malaysian Armed Forces Council to reconvene its inquiry to investigate whether a late navy personnel was physically and mentally abused while he was on duty.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Nordin Hassan made the order after granting an application by the wife and parents of the late Laskar Kelas 1 (Able Rate) Muhammad Lailaltuiman Mohd Sukri to compel the council to reconvene its inquiry.
