KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has not ruled out the possibility that the chaos which erupted during the Julau division elections in Sarawak on Saturday (Nov 10) could be due to the huge increase in its membership.
