Four men charged with kidnapping, extorting and beating two Bangladeshi construction workers

JOHOR BARU: Four men - one of them a Bangladeshi - were charged at the Magistrate's Court here with theft, kidnapping, extortion and causing hurt to two Bangladeshi construction workers.

No plea was recorded from the Bangladeshi national, Md Ismail, 27, after the interpreter read the charge in front of the Magistrate Siti Hajar Ali on Thursday (Nov 8).
