KUALA LUMPUR: Some 1,000 people thronged the city traffic police headquarters here to take advantage of an offer to settle summonses at a 50% discount.

The offer by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), held in conjunction with Deepavali celebrations, is in effect from 8.30am to 4.30pm daily until Friday (Nov 9) at its traffic headquarters located at Jalan Tun H.S. Lee.
