PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested a woman who provides childcare services, after one of the babies she was taking care of was found with bruises.
Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan said police were alerted by Hospital Putrajaya staff around 12.35am on Oct 24, that a four-month-old baby was brought in with a bruise on his face.
