Court sets Dec 4 to hear Umno's bid compelling cops to provide documentation over seized RM116.7mil funds

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed Dec 4 for the hearing of an application by Umno to compel the police to provide documents relating to the RM116.7mil cash seized by the authorities.

On Thursday (Nov 1), Umno's counsel Datuk Hariharan Tara Singh told reporters after meeting High Court deputy registrar Rumaizah Baharom in chambers that the hearing would be heard before High Court judge Justice Nik Hasmat Nik Mohamad.
