KUALA LUMPUR: Singapore has issued a clarification on the postponement of the 9th Singapore-Malaysia Leaders' Retreat, saying that it was requested by Malaysia.
In a statement Tuesday (Oct 30), the Singapore High Commission in Malaysia, said that the republic initially agreed to Putrajaya's proposal to hold the retreat in November 2018.
