KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah High Court has struck out the RM500mil joint matrimonial asset claim filed by Sarawak Governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud’s former daughter-in-law Shahnaz A. Majid against her ex-husband.
Syarie judge Mohamed Fouzi Mokhtar made the decision on the grounds that the claim was “incomplete”.
