SEPANG: A 24-year-old Libyan student, who is facing two counts involving drugs and causing grievous hurt, has been charged at the magistrate’s court here for the murder of Wan Amirah Wan Alias.
The assistant manager was killed in a hit-and-run incident that was captured on a video that went viral.
