MP claims original 1MDB report was tampered with

KUALA LUMPUR: A lawmaker has alleged that the final Auditor-General's report on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), which was previously classified as confidential under the Official Secrets Act, was amended under the instructions of certain individuals.

Wong Kah Woh (PH-Ipoh Timur), who is the current Public Accounts Committee (PAC) deputy chairman, said this in his speech while debating on the Mid Term Review on the 11th Malaysia Plan in Parliament here Monday (Oct 29).
