KOTA BARU: Having tabled a RM35.07mil deficit budget for next year, Kelantan hopes that Pakatan Harapan will honour its election manifesto to grant petroleum royalty, so that it can enjoy a surplus budget.
Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob (pic), who tabled a RM778.78mil budget against projected revenue amounting to RM743.71mil, said petroleum royalty would help tip the budget from a deficit to a surplus.
