KUALA LUMPUR: Julau MP Larry Sng Wei Shien wants the controversial anti-fake news law to be used against those spreading false news PKR's membership in Julau, Sarawak.
He made the call after claiming that Sarawak PKR information chief Vernon Kedita had made a false statutory declaration and circulated it on social media, claiming that 27 individuals were signed up as members without their knowledge.
