KUALA LUMPUR: Former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah (pic) earned a total of RM2.94mil between January 2011 until June this year.
Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said these earnings was solely for Mohd Irwan's role as Treasury secretary-general and did not take into account other earnings such as his allowances for being a board member of other companies, which Lim said was much higher than the emolument he received.
