Health Ministry: Laws being enacted to control non-nicotine vape products

IPOH: A new law to control tobacco, vaping and shisha activities will be enacted soon, says Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye.

He said while there were laws to control tobacco products under the Food Act, and vape products with nicotine under the Poison Act, there were no laws to regulate non-nicotine vape products.
