Body of baby found tied in plastic bag

KUALA LUMPUR: A heartbreaking discovery sent shockwaves across a flat in Jinjang, after the body of a baby was found inside a plastic bag. 

Sentul OCPD  ACP Shanmugamoorthy  confirmed the find when contacted today (Oct 20).
