KOTA KINABALU: The Borneo Eco Film Festival (BEFF) is returning for its eighth year, with a focus on children's rights and power of the youth.

BEFF board president Dinoza Mahruf said that they, in partnership with Unicef-Malaysia, are acknowledging the power of the younger generation and community through its programmes for this year.
