GEORGE TOWN: Thousands of devotees have gathered at temples in Penang in preparation to send off the deities at the end of the nine-day Kew Ong Yeah (Nine Emperor Gods) festival.
Beautifully decorated floats lined the roads for the devotees to pay their respect to the deities.
