Deputy state assembly Speaker plans on keeping title

MELAKA: Deputy state assembly Speaker Datuk Dr Wong Fort Pin (pic) is adamant about keeping his Datukship, claiming that there was no written policy from DAP that serving assemblymen should not accept honorary titles.

This is despite earlier reports that he was going to give back his Datukship following admonish­ment from DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng over the weekend.
