Voter turnout passes 17,000 by the time Isa votes

PORT DICKSON: Voter turnout at the Port Dickson by-election had surpassed 17,000 people by the time Tan Sri Isa Samad, the only one of seven candidates eligible to vote, arrived at SK Linggi at 11.20am to exercise his constitutional right.

According to the Election Commission, 24% of the 68,317 voters had done their duties by 11am.
