KUALA LUMPUR: The ongoing trade tension between China and the United States has provided the impetus for an early conclusion of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), said the International Trade and Industry Ministry.
Its deputy secretary-general Datuk Norazman Ayob said there was “renewed momentum” to substantially conclude the negotiations by the yearend.
