Jeweller to go ahead with RM60mil suit against Rosmah

PETALING JAYA: Lebanese jeweller Global Royalty Trading SAL will proceed with its RM60mil suit against Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) for the return of 44 pieces of jewellery following the dismissal of her bid to strike it out.

Its lawyer Datuk David Gurupatham said that if the jewellery were not seized by police but in the possession of the former prime minister’s wife, then she would have to return it or pay the price of the items together with damages and costs, if the court decides in its favour.
