KUALA LUMPUR: NGOs are raring to help in the rescue work of the earthquake and tsunami-hit Palu in Sulawesi but their efforts are being hampered by limited accessibility to the affected regions.
Mercy Malaysia has deployed a rapid assessment team which arrived in Makassar, about 800km from Palu, yesterday afternoon.
