KUALA LUMPUR: More than 90% of HIV/AIDS infections are the result of sexual transmissions, with men-to-men sexual transmissions making up the highest percentage of cases.
Regardless of sexual orientation, the Health Ministry said those in high-risk groups should get themselves screened and treated early.
