PETALING JAYA: Former Court of Appeal Judge Datuk Seri Mohd Hishamudin Yunus has been appointed the chairman of the Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC).
The appointment by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad under the Competition Commission Act 2010 (Act 713) took effect on Sept 5.
