Umno files suit to reclaim RM116.7mil seized from raids on premises linked to Najib

PETALING JAYA: Umno has filed a suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to reclaim the RM116.7mil the police had seized from premises linked to Datuk Seri Najib Razak during a series of raids in June.

Umno, who claims the money are "party funds", filed the suit against Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Datuk Mohd Sakri Arifin and four others who were involved in the raid.
