MCA must return to the basics and rebuild

IPOH: MCA has failed to nurture young leaders to sustain the party’s influence in the country’s political scene, says party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

The 69-year-old party had, at its height, won more than 100 parliamentary seats and state seats; 100 in the 1995 general election, 96 (1999 general election) and 107 (2004 general election).
