GEORGE TOWN: Gerakan was ordered to pay RM20,460.20 by a High Court here to Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) after the party withdrew its defamation suit against the latter.
Justice Datuk Rosilah Yop ordered Gerakan to pay the sum to Lim as cost for dropping the suit over allegations on the sale of reclaimed land in Seri Tanjong Pinang on Aug 29 this year.
