Felcra subsidiary officials remanded for graft


PUTRAJAYA, 19 Sept -- Pegawai Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) membawa dua pegawai anak syarikat Felcra Berhad ke Mahkamah Majistret hari ini, untuk mendapatkan perintah reman bagi membantu siasatan berhubung salah guna kuasa berkaitan penyelewengan kewangan dan pengagihan kontrak latihan bernilai RM4 juta.Perintah reman itu dikeluarkan oleh Majistret Shahwira Abdul Halim terhadap suspek iaitu pengurus kanan anak syarikat itu berusia 53 tahun dan penasihat pembangunan perniagaan dan pemasaran strategik anak syarikat berumur 45 tahun selama lima hari.-- fotoBERNAMA (2018) HAK CIPTA TERPELIHARA

PUTRAJAYA: Two officials of a Felcra Bhd subsidiary, including a managing director, have been remanded for alleged misappro­priation of government funds and awarding training contracts worth RM4mil.

Magistrate Shah Wira Abdul Halim granted the five-day remand order to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
